Important Notice for Exhibitors

If you’re a past exhibitor and you’ve received an email from someone claiming to be our “hotel marketing team”, please be aware that they are not partnered with us. There is a company or person emailing past exhibitors and claiming to represent AZCAF in that regard, but it has nothing to do with us. Please treat that with caution.

Our only hotel partner is The Foundre, in downtown Phoenix. Exhibitor rates for the Foundre will be available sometime in the next two months.

You can visit our 2025 Exhibitor Table Application here.

Cocktails & Comics!

On Saturday, September 14th, the Arizona Comicbook Arts Festival is teaming up with our partner, Foundre Phoenix, to host our first pop-up event, Cocktails & Comics!

This FREE event will feature 30+ comicbook artists, indie publishers, and illustrators, from 6pm-11pm in the main gallery room at The Foundre Hotel in downtown Phoenix. The Foundre is conveniently located off of the light rail stop at Roosevelt and Central, adjacent to the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

While the event is all ages, fans that are 21+ are encouraged to enjoy a cocktail, meet the creators, and pick up some amazing comic and illustration art. A full list of creators and vendors will be posted as we get closer to the event.

If you are a comic creator or comic-adjacent illustrator or publisher and would like to be considered for a table at Cocktails and Comics, you can fill out the creator application form here.

Creator Table Applications are open.

If you are a comic creator or illustrator and would like to apply to showcase your work at the second annual Arizona Comicbook Arts Festival, please fill out an application form here. Please note, AZCAF is a curated event with limited tables, not everyone who applies is going to get a table. We apologize in advance but one way we separate ourselves from other conventions is we keep our event intimate and comics and creator focused.
